I feel so new to bowling although I am not new and I am not a bowler. In my approach I never start out at the dots next to the blower. I think thats for the fivestep approach. Im more of a threestep approacher. Perhaps I would get a faster fling and roll if I started back further but the threestepper allows me to control my wrist and ball better. I just showed this to that young smart guy at my place of business and he said that this idea was similar to what his mom says about pilates. I live in KCK so I have a smidget of an idea about what pilates is. I saw a workout video about pilates at Walmart or Kmart a while back. My coworker said that the slower you go the more control you have. He also said the lower you go the more control you have. I wonder if this could apply to bowling like doing the limbo in my approach. Maybe I'll try that next time.
